Shirl Donahue acquired her Real Estate license in 2014 and always knew that she was destined for Residential Real Estate after a successful Sales and Marketing Management career in Hi-Tech. She has already produced in excess of $2Million in sales and is rapidly expanding and growing her business. She is a member of the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors. Shirl has long roots in the Coachella Valley – she spent vacations for 30 years in the Desert before purchasing in 2011. Her last 14 years in the Technology Industry, she managed a sales organization at Dell and was responsible for a $100 Million Dollar line of business. There she managed a sales team that focused on Corporate Accounts from fortune 100 Financial Services companies to small family businesses. She was recognized several times for leading one of the top producing teams in the country and at the same time received the highest marks for Customer and Employee Satisfaction. Bottom line, her success was built upon ensuring her customers were successful – through strategic planning, creative marketing programs, accountability, and responsiveness…all of which she has been carrying into her growing Real Estate Business. In addition, she has owned a Restaurant and Catering business, and loves doing Party and Event planning. She is a member of RESA – the Real Estate Staging Association. She especially enjoys working with Boomers that are interested in buying, renovating, and doing vacation rentals. She has two income producing properties in the Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert area. Shirl has many and varied interests – she is an avid tennis player, hiker – Serving as Social Director and Executive Board member on the Coachella Valley Hiking Club, runner, bridge player, and a new pickle ball player as well. She enjoys participating in book Clubs and doing crossword puzzles. She loves to entertain, cook, decorate, and garden. She has been active in promoting and mentoring Women in the Corporate World. Her family shapes her world – 2 daughters, 4 little grandchildren, and a life partnership with Gene.
