Upon graduation from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco CA: Josh moved to Palm Springs (in 2011) to pursue his dream of a career in residential real estate. Representing both sellers and buyers his attention to detail, tremendous communication skills & patient tenacity; lend to his profound ability to negotiate best price & terms. His proven success has lead to an equity position here at Leaskou Partners as well as a VP role in Marketing. A consistent top producer, Josh is in the top 1% of Realtors in the Coachella Valley; Simply stated he is “Best In Class”. He is a regular contributor to The Center, Desert Aids Project, Aids Assistance Project and The Well in the Desert and various other charities throughout the Coachella Valley. Josh also volunteers his time to the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors various boards including the all important Multiple Listing Service. Whilst not helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, Josh enjoys spending time with his Maltese Lenny, family & friends.
