Melody is a California native and Morongo Basin resident since 2001. She started her Real Estate career doing Property Management in 2004. Melody managed 3 offices and 9 employees with over 500 rental properties until she ‘retired’ from property management in 2017. The skills she gained from providing excellent customer service to many happy owners and tenants has provided the basis for her to transition to a Real Estate sales career. Melody has a warm and inviting personality and her attention to detail is unsurpassed. She strives to stay on top of current market trends and works tirelessly for her clients. Melody enjoys being married to her husband of 5 years, Richard. Between them they have 4 grown children and 5 precious grandchildren. When She is not enjoying her family, she also enjoys volunteering. A past board member for Hi Desert Aquatics Swim Team and current Board member and Women’s Ministry Director for her Church. She also volunteers and helps at local food giveaways. She is currently preparing to begin a new program that will hand out FREE clothes to needy members of the community.
