Wendy has many years of experience as a Realtor and property manager. Before moving to the high desert in 2007, she was the Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates, La Quinta/Palm Springs. Wendy had a diversion working as a marketing coordinator for a Microsoft affiliate, before moving on to property management and real estate sales for JT Village Realty in Joshua Tree. She later joined Capitis Real Estate in Yucca Valley. Wendy obtained her broker’s license in 2018 and became the broker for Sharon Rose Realty, Inc., and became a specialist in land sales. Now an associate broker at Leaskou Partners, Inc., she has used the experience she gained in the commercial real estate and residential markets to grow as a well-rounded Realtor.
