Gannon was born and raised in Movie Colony East, a neighborhood of Palm Springs. Growing up, Gannon attended Katherine Finchy elementary school and later in life, he attended Palm Springs High School, where he graduated early, due to his high academic achievements! Gannon joined Leaskou Partners Inc. in 2019, where he started as an intern at one of their subsidiary companies, Joshua Tree Escrow. Gannon was then moved to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, where he would serve as Office Administrator, and currently is serving as Office Manager for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Recently, Gannon was invited to join Leaskou, Pringle & King, a Residential and Commercial Real Estate team, selling under the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and The Firm Commercial brands. Gannon values all topics that are intellectual, enjoys ancient Roman and Greek history, is an avid numismatist as well as antiquarian of various artifacts. Gannon studies Shōrin-ryū at the oldest dojo in Palm Springs; Palm Springs Karate Academy.
