With over 3 decades of experience ranging from residential & commercial loans to development, sale, and design of residential real estate. He has built a vast network of loyal clients that continue to engage his services and refer him to those they love. Karl’s experience spans from Hawaii, Nevada, Utah & his home here in California.

Karl began his career in real estate as a retail residential loan officer working with real estate agents and their clients to finance their home purchases. Over the next decade Karl built a network of loyal clients that referred business to him and helped him build one of the most successful mortgage banking firms in Northern California. He subsequently transitioned his business to Southern California focusing on new home construction and was one of the first group of lenders that financed the building of what today is Rancho Santa Margarita in Orange County. In subsequent years as the inland empire began to grow Karl provided financing for developments throughout Riverside County including the Coachella Valley and built a nationwide network of wholesale lending for one of top ten lenders in the United States.

After a long career on the financing side of the business, Karl decided to change direction and get involved in the development, sale, and design side of the business. Over the next two decades he has continually been involved in projects in California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah.

Specializing in veteran home buyers, first-time buyers & luxury properties Karl uses his broad spectrum of experience to help clients achieve their dream of home ownership. He has also developed a special expertise in the field of estate sales working with attorneys and their clients sensitively and respectfully to serve them in their time of need. Karl views that as a way of giving back to all of those that have helped him throughout the years.
